Persons receiving support and the Home Share provider or family live as equal participants in the home, sharing a close relationship that supports inclusion, growth, and opportunity for all.
Our Home Shares provide opportunities for individuals to make friends, develop meaningful relationships, and participate in the community while maintaining strong connections with their families. Services may also include support with self-care, meal preparation, and the development of other life skills.
If you are interested in learning more about Home Share living or becoming a Home Share provider, we would love to hear from you.
